What price per piece means

Price per piece (¢/pc, or pence per piece in the UK) = the set's Amazon price in local cents, divided by its official piece count. It's the metric LEGO® collectors already use to judge whether a set is good value. It isn't the whole story (minifigures, licensed themes and large moulded pieces all push the number up without making a set "bad value") — but it's the fastest honest comparison across sets.

Where the numbers come from

Piece counts, set names, years and themes come from the Rebrickable database. Prices come from two sources, and every row says which: checked prices are manual snapshots of the Amazon listing in that marketplace on the date shown in the Checked column; rows marked RRP show LEGO's official regional retail price, sourced from the Brickset API. Checked street prices replace RRP rows as they land. Currently 4705 listings are tracked across the four markets. Prices move constantly; treat each table as a ranked shortlist, then confirm the live price.

Why only some sets appear

A set is listed only when we have a real, dated price for it in that marketplace. Nothing is estimated, and each market's table stands alone — we don't convert currencies or mix markets.
